When selecting locations, we prefer regions with strong growth or metropolitan areas, in order to specifically harness the demographic factor and high demand.

Renovations
As well as constructing new buildings, we acquire existing properties. We renovate selected buildings as part of a needs-oriented site development and assign them a new function if necessary. For example, hotels can be remodeled into retirement or care homes, or a care home is redesigned and converted into student accommodation, according to the appropriate site analysis. Construction management
As part of our continuous quality control framework, a team of experts supervises the entire construction process around the clock – directly on site, ensuring that all construction stages are implemented on schedule and completed on budget.
